Do you prefer to buy (live) in an apartment or an independent house?

In big cities, owning an independent house is a dream. Most people switch over to 2 Bed Room or 3 bed room house in a city.

well, i prefer apartment.. coz itz compact and good.. even independent houise are pretty and good but itz tough to managa and well itz very costly too.. so..apartment are affordable + very well managabale too..:P

From money point of view and certain amenities for which payment is made commonly by all users, apartment living is the best. If you get good neighbours, it is even more merry.

I always have a dream of having my dream independent house not I don't want neighbors but I feel free to lived in a independent house coz I want to do what I want to improve whats best in my house.

I prefer a flat in an apartment building,because most of the amenities are provides with cost sharing basis and also there will be security round the clock.

Don't you feel one can buy a small independent house than buying a big apartment. Anyhow I appreciate your desire to live in a spacious residence.

i prefer to live in an independent in an independent house because we can live as we like we can grow plants in it or we can tend pets in our own house

Today, I planted 5 species of indoor plants and I used the sand, gravel, red soil to repot more than 10 pots. One cannot do such a thing in an apartment. Thanks for your response.

I would much rather live in a house, with a little spot of grass, and sun... a dog... a few cats... no neighbours... but for now I just have to comfort myself in an apartment...
