Rick Adelman, with the best winning percentage of any coach who has never won a National Basketball Association title, is now the new coach of Rocket, which led by the Chinese center Yao Ming and guard Tracy McGrady.
Adelman, 60, compiled a 752-481 record in 16 seasons as a coach with the Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers. His 14 playoff appearances included trips to the 1990 and 1992 NBA Finals with Portland.
He had a pretty good track record over the years. I hope he could bring something new to Rocket, as well as do something good in Rocket. Looking forward to his outstanding performance in Rocket's new season.

I watch NBA for many years, supported McGrady every year with the hope that he could get a championship since he transferred to Rocket, but every time it brought me only disappointment, and each time I told myself looking forward next season.
Now,it changes coach, changes the method,I pick up confidence again

Hi....I am definitely looking forward to the Rockets next season. Coach Adelman is definitely going to give this Rockets team a boost much like he did with the Sacramento Kings of 2003-04.
There were stretches in games in the Rockets season last year that I would cringe with the way the team was playing. Now I'm definitely excited for the prospects of next season.

yeah...i do hope adelman can bring his winning ways to houston. i think with him on board he will be able to develop yao into a more dominating center.he'll be able to bring in his experience in handling big men...
i just hoe the rockets do something about their lineup..it really sucks...
