I got this cool phone, Sharp 902, last year and had reprogrammed it twice due to some system failure. The first one was when I inserted a different memory card and when I put it on again, it was just initializing. When I took out the sim card, it opened. I had a hard time looking for a repair shop since its manufacturer is not available in our country. The second one happened when I just turned it off upon reaching a gasoline station. When I turned it on, it won't even initialize. The screen was a blur. Maybe the phone's sensitivity was too high and some of its features are limited. You cannot assign your mp3s as a ringtone. There is a video option that let's you take videos very clear like on the television, but you cannot upload it on the computer via the usb. You have to purchase a card reader to upload it. There are also available applications and games for free. But you cannot open it when you put it in your phone. But the photos are good too. I don't know whether to replace this phone or just stick to it :(

i think it's depend on you if you think that you only need phone just for send short message or just for take call it's enough with your cool phone with limited features, but if your needed is more than what i say, my be you should replace your current phone..
