What would you do if your lover slaps you

It's conditional on what basis person has been slapped,if he or she commited any mistake.Ask for the explanation,why lover did so,respond intelligently but not furiously.And surly I would not going to slap back.I shall give reply gently and calmy so that, if the person is wrong ,one should realise one's guilty.Lannguage used or silence speak better than hands.

It happened to me once and my husband did it to me because i really made him angry, i made him angry with my words and he want able to control himself so he hit me but i was somehow glad that he hit me it only proved that he was hurt by my words and he cound not do anything better but hit me...i warned him never to hit me again after that incident. That it should happen again he will be sooo sorry he did it.

Exchange of words is normal but slapping is unpardonable. No one has got right to slap any body. Any matter can be very well discussed and argued. If a person is going to the extent of slapping, he is not a man at all. He is as good as an animal. Say good bye to that relationship.

If my lover slapped me I would not be his lover anymore. The first hit is the first step on the way to an abusive relationsip. If you do not leave then it will only get harder and harder. I might consider coming back if the man got counselling and the counsellor told me it was no safe to be in this relationship again. Just remorse would not bring me back. I value my life, personality and my friends and family too much to allow myself to stay in a bad relationship
