Between a crazy work schedule and alot of personal demands on my time and attention I have been away from the computer except for a couple of times a week a quick run through of my email. I feel so out of touch with my friends here, ran though the topics under discussion in a race just to get afeel for what's up with everyone, but I haven't had time to answer- I feel such a sense of loss. I know its temporary but that can mean weeks or more. Its good to be busy, great to be working at capacity but I need my friends. How do you guys deal with it when Life gets in the way of the more leisurely enjoyments- like this one (Mylot)??

Well Arcadian, I must say, I am in the same boat. For the past month or so I have been having a lot of person problems also that seems to keep me away from myLot and my friends also. And I feel that I am really loosing the battle with trying to stay in touch with everyone. And then there are those times, my personal life is effecting me so much that I sleep too much and I read discussions but do not answer.
So, I am sorry I could not offer advice or tell you how I am able to juggle both. But I am trying really hard!!! :) I am sure with time, we both will be able to spend more time here in the future. Until then, I am certain our friends will understand. :)

I have often felt out of touch also with my friends here at Mylot. There are so many things that go on and happen in our lives and it makes less time for us to do the things that we enjoythe most, like Mylot and the friends here. I always try to make time for things in my life and try to fit Mylot and my other online earning sites every day. It does not always work out but we have to learn to accept it and try our best the next time around.

Hello arcadian, nice to see you back. I used to be like that too. Like my time is not mine to luxuriate anymore. I happened to read one article about a mother who was feeling guilty for leaving her family. She went to travel with her friends for a 4 days and 3 nights of relaxation at another country. But she realized that she needed this trip to frsshen up her clogged mind and ease off the pressures in her daily life.
Try to set aside a personal time for yourself too. You don't have to be so hard on scrimping a little enjoyment in your life. We all deserve it. Its normal to be losing touch with our friends from time to time. Understand though, that life is not all about work, family and stress only.

Lovely to hear from you. I went so long without being able to earn enough to manage, that now with the ability to earn I've got to catch up. Its not a situation where i can doggy paddle, pick and choose.so when the tourist frenzy is on- I have twelve to sixteen weeks of intensive scheduling. I'm not complaining- but doing the best I can to keep all the bases covered and the lights uturned on.

Glad to see you back Arcadian...even if it's only for a few moments now...a lot of us are going through weird times or busy times that might prevent us from being here as much as we'd like...MyLot has definitely become an addiction for me...and I love all my friends here, and I try to be here as often as I can as well, since without my MyLot fix I feel a bit empty--but we understand if you're not here on occasion --and know we're thinking of you even when you can't be here
