cats running from room to room

if you own cats you might notice that cats run from room to room for no reason both of my cats will do this at the same time. they would be just sitting there and then out of no where they look scard and run off to adiffent room and its not like i did anything i was jsut sitting on the computer. somtimes i think that cats can see ghost...it would explane alot :P dose your cats do this?
