Firefox stopped working

I am using Mozilla firefox for last few years. I also use zone alarm as firewall. Last week the firefox has slf installed some upgrades. I also stopped using zone alarm that time. After restarting firefox stopped working. Still the Microsoft Internet Explorer was working. Can anybody tell how to fix it?

If zone alarm is off, there should be no restriction for program block. Is this related to XP's buildin security firewall? what happens if you start zone alarm?

I have already disabled Zone alram to check. But it is not working yet.

Try getting the latest version of firefox. It might be some other problem which has resulted in this. If there are any problems with the version of firefox, it is immediately fixed by Mozilla. Also, try to uninstall the current version and then install the new one.

I guess the problem would have been involved with your zonealarm, go to program control option of zonealarm and choose firefox and enable the access and server access of firefox there. I hope this will work fine, if not then you need to reinstall the firefox freshly with the zonealarm on.
