Since I had my children, I suffer from chronic back pain. We've changed mattresses, I've done Yoga and nothing seems to help. The only relief I get is from a massage and I can't afford to get them alot. Does someone have another suggestion?

I suffer from back pain as well. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago, and now I sit at a computer all day. Thankfully my job keeps me in close contact with the medical world and gives me access to a bunch of back pain relief aids. I keep this thing called the Body Back Buddy at my desk. It looks pretty strange but it gives me the ability to apply a deep penetrating massage anywhere on my back with little effort. If you can find someone to give you the massage, there are these tools by Acuforce that work really well too. Most heating pads and infrared heat therapy also work. Our company's website is www.activeforever.com if you would like to check it out. I do a lot of product research and write our blogs at http://activeforever.blogspot.com/ as well. I hope this info helps you out. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about any of these things.

My sister in law has chronic back pain for two years. She has gone through all kinds of treatment. It does help a little bit when she was taken the pain killer, but it won't last very long just for 2 to 3 hours .may be she has been taken too much pain killer and eventually non e of the pain killer works for her no more. She has gotten nervous do not know what is she suppose to do?The docyor suggested her to go for X-ray to see if she might need surgery in order to recover. After the x-ray the doctor found nothing.AS the worst thing is when you know you have problem but the doctor couldnt find out any problem that's the most missarable thing in life. Fortunately, she met a friend at church who was a nutritionist, she suggested her to take supplement-Multivitanmine ,calcium magnesium,b-complex,leceithine E (vitamine -E).Make sure the supplement has to be natural supllement(derive from plant extract) NOT the synthetic Vitamine(made from combination of chemical reaction). The second day after she started to take supplement she can obviuosly feel the different (feel better) but still slightly pain. After a week later her pain was gone !She was so amazed with the result. She had recommended a lot people to take vitamine who has the same problem like her. This so called give and take, people help you and you help others.I hope this information will help you.GoD bless you.Good luck.
