Does anyone have any cure fore a migrain headache?

other then over the counter and prescribed pain pills...i use a ice pack..which i seriously think works well..i have wondered about that head on stuff since it supposed to be cold but cant quiet see how a couple swipes of cold would last long i dont know. but ice packs..nice quiet rooms and a nap helps also usually can take a nap and wake up feeling better ...anyways i hope you feel better and your mirgines get better too

The prescription medicine Imitrex helps, but only if you take it the minute you feel one coming on. Also, taking "time out" immediately in a darkened room with a cool cloth on your head can help. Sometimes when I get them, the only solution is to sleep it off. Diahni
