What makes you special as a person?

What makes you different from everyone else in your home town? Or in your company, or group of friends? And what special skills do have that cause people to seek you out? Why would people want to hire you? Why would they want to be your friend (in person)?

I think I am special because I am the type of employee that don't need my boss looking over my shoulder to perform or do my job well. I can always assure that even without supervision, all things that are supposed to be done or looked into will be taken cared off. My boss could always sleep well at night knowing that somebody reliable is looking after the company. As a friend, I am always supportive and never judgmental. I also don't give unsolicited advise. I can always be counted on to provide a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on and even drop everything that I have to do for the sake of a friend in need.

If I were an employer I would be glad to have you as an employee as I love self starters who don't need a lot of supervision. It sounds also like you are a great friend to have around.

It's me and my uniqueness that makes me different from others. See my big orangy head? No one wants such a big head :p
I would want to do with a smaller head but I just cannot help it. I earned it. Though I enjoy crapping, I am by nature a multi-tasker, enjoy taking challenges and deliver results.

I am originally from St. Louis, Mo. My hubby is in the military we are stationed in GA. I am a lot differnt in this town, because I am not afraid to speak my mind. I want to have a job and I feel that no matter what responsibilties in my house at least need to be shared.
Most of the spouses here think I am crazy, but I just feel that I want to take care of my family, by bringing in more income. It is not fair my hubby must get a second job to help. I also am getting my degree which I feel makes me more intelligent. i do have many friends I am always there when someone needs a shoulder to cry on. I am a good listener, but the people who really know me respect " my opinion", because that is all that it is. Not fact just how I choose to lead my life and I think that confidence and that certainty is why people would want to be my friend.

I am glad to hear that you are so motivated. A lot of people try to much to rely on their spouses, roommates, parents or others rather than finding a job.
