In our daily lives as teenagers, we deal with stress that come with school. We stress over what to cram in the night before an exam. We worry about how to finish a major assignment that we put off until the morning it's due. We even lose sleep over college or scholarship applications. Since most of this stress is easily preventable.
What we need to know about stress.
Stress is Normal ?
Absolutely, but how we choose to deal with it may not be healthy. Very few things are truly as bad as they seem at first. Most situations that create stress in our lives we brought upon ourselves. Life is all about the choices that we make.
One thing to reduce stress before a big test:
Prepare adequately. We stress because in our heart, we know that we have not adequately prepared for the task at hand. This creates negative thoughts of poor performance and anxiety leads to stress.
The common mistake we do for a exam test:
Procrastination. Do not wait until the night before to cram for a test. The night before should be used for review and a good-night's sleep.
Second thing :
Study on an hourly schedule : 45 min study followed by a 15 min break. During break relax. Get up from your desk and walk around, Get a snack. Stretch your neck and back. Take it easy. Do not get on the phone, start chatting on the computer or argue with your little brother. The whole idea of study break is to refresh so that you can focus and work hard for the next 45 min.
Stress preventable:
Sure. Remember, stress is only a state of mind. Do not allow negative thoughts to overwhelm you, Adequate preparation will give you the confidence that you need to succeed at any task. Only surround yourself with people that believe in you.
Regular exercise helps to burn that nervous energy, providesa helathy distraction, improves your sleep and bolsters your immune systam to fight against illness.
Life ia all about the choices we make. So choose to do great things. In life,we limit ourselves far more than any external force. We can either be our own worst enemy or our greatest ally. At some point in life we realise, "That whatever my life is to become is directly related to the choices that I make. Its's all up to me!"

Thanks for the advices...
In college, it is inevitable that you encounter stress, especially if you have dozens of research works and plates to finish.
I guess the only thing to overcome stress for me is to enjoy what you're doing. In that way, you learn and you discover things.
