Job consulting agency, Is that helpfull?

I got all my jobs through consulting companies and feel comfortable with them.But some of them say that it's waste they take more money from our pay and pay little to us.Is that true? What do you think about a consulting company?

nope.. err depends actually because some consulting agency are more beneficial...
