Need Idea's for cheap and funny halloween costume for adults?

I was thinking of getting a light blue shirt, glueing cotton balls to it, and bringing a spray bottle -- Party Cloudy with chance of Showers... but need some other ideas for me and hubby (6 foot 5)

Thats so funny!! Have fun!! Its my moms birthday on Halloween, and my fiance's godsons as well, so i dont think we are dressing up this year. Not sure what we're dressing Jordan up as yet, i guess we should figure that out lol

LOL thats funny. before we found out we were having a boy, my mom got a dalmation costume, its sooo cute!! so i know he will wear that,but eric wants something else i think.

A guy i know dressed up as "White Trash" one year. He had a trash can on him and it said white trash it was hilarious!!!

lol THIS IS not anything i would do. but at my old job. my manager cam dressed up narmal.. but she had those min cereal boxes on a sting aroung her neak..( like a mini cereal neaklace) But she has plastic knives poked thru all of them.. people were confused and when we asked her what she was she said she was a "cereal killer" lol
