Started my new fitness routine!

I go on a long walk with my kiddo almost every night... but I decided to step it up a bit. So I just started doing a few curcuit training... and I justdid it today but man now I am feeling it... my poor arms are sore and my legs are ready to fall off... but I guess it will get better within time... if any of you have any ideas for a few little steps, I would love to hear them! :)

I think thats a great idea. Im taking a walk everyday so at least Im getting some exercise.LOL Im sure the soreness will go away and you will so use to it. Are you trying to loose weight? Or just exercising? Well keep the good work up. Happy walking maybe Ill pass you one day.LOL
