Nope. I also can't. If I try to, I really mumble. Maybe, its because, Im so carried away by my emotions that I can't talk anymore. My emotion affects my ability to talk. It's also true if I am terribly mad. Instead of talking and letting go of my emotions, I just tend to keep quiet and eventually express myself through actions.

No I can't speak either when I am crying hard. I think it is the amount of energy, and lung action prevents it. Kind of the same thing happens when you laugh hysterically, at least for me, I can;t talk.

nope,you know what,one of my friends can do two things at the same time.
the more hard she cried,the faster she can talk.
