I waste 4 hours.

I usually fing myself wasting time too.Because I don't know how to manage my time . I think maybe through I make plans spend my time . I can read books,play games,or write diary.If you can't do those,you can plan your goals in your future,or you can stay at your place and keep silent for a moment. You can find you are not very tired or annoyed. this is my advice.

Why did you waste your time? Feel bad? Or just too tired, then stop to have a rest:)
