do you need alarm time piece to wake up in the morning?

Yes I do. I use the alarm of my motorola v3x cellphone to wake me up. My body does not seem to have its own clock just like some people do, so I depend on a reliable alarm gadget to wake me up otherwise I might be late for work.

In the starting when i joined the university, i needed the alarm to wake me up on time. But now i have got used to it. Used to getting up in time not of the alarm....lol.....actually now when i set up the alarm for 5:30a.m. i actually get up automatically at 5:15a.m. I dont know how does it happens but it is the fact now with me.
