Pregnancy and Breast Shape

Do you know during pregnancy shape of the lady's breast get changed. It become bulgy and heavy and hang out.Have you observed it. Can anyone tell the reason for it.

i have observed this and now their saggy . i was told that you ducts are preparing for the milk that you will produce in them after the baby comes.
