How many glasses of milk a day should i drink to get fat?

Well when I want to loose weight I drink a lot of milk :) (low fat)
I think you should eat more :)
Why do not you eat sweetness if you want to gain some weight?

Now why would you want to get FAT? Or do you just want to pick a little bit of weight up?
I don't think two glasses of milk is going to cut it either.
You might just need to eat out and eat out a lot. Like fastfood or something, that is if you really want to gain weight.

you could just buy a bulk up drink from the chemist (pharmacy) my dad had to drink it when he was ill as he lost alot of weight its quite good, dont know what it tastes like tho

The proper amount of milk drank every day would differ between male and female. It would also depend if you were drinking whole milk, 2% milk or skim milk. If you feel 2 glasses is not enough then by all means drink another. Calcium is good for building strong bones and we all need that. I am in my 40's and my Dr. has said I should be drinking 3 glasses a day and if not taking a calcium supplement. I drink 2% as I do not need the added fat and I should drink skim milk but I can't stand the taste. If you are drinking skim milk switch to 2% and then after a while switch to whole milk. Good Luck!
