Begging?

I normally do not approve of such because I feel that it would make such beggars lazy and purely dependent on the act of charity of others. It is a debasing act, an act of surrender, of defeat in the midst of challenges that life offers. I also do not usually approve of it, especially if I feel that it is primarily backed by syndicates or gangs that merely exploit people to beg for them and get the proceeds of such condemnable practice. However, for every rule, there's a certain exception. I may perhaps approve of begging if all conceivable legal and legitimate means of acquiring money have been exhausted, which would be quite unlikely, and the only possible way of getting money and surviving is through begging.
