A suggestion about "The Star Glitches"

I agree. My star rateing was a 10. I responded to a woman who posted that her mom was raising her kid & she had gotten remarried but her new man didnt make enough money to support her & buy the things she wanted. So she is trying to make her ex-huspband pay her allimony. Her logic is that he should be paying her. He already gives her mom money for the support of the child. I told her (very politly) that she just needs to either get a job or get use to not being able to buy brand name things. She got all mad over it. Then she had about 10 other people who also left a comment that she should not have to work, the ex should just give her the rest of the money she needs so that she can buy brand name clothing & things like that. I told her that she is remarried & its not his job to support her. The next morning (about 10 hours later) my star dropped to a 8. It is still a 8 but I dont care. A wise person on here once told me "Take pride in your 8. It means that you have an opinion & dont just say what others want to hear. Thats why they rate you -, because you tell them what you really think & dont suger coat it." I dont really give a hoot how low my star goes now.

I agree with this also to an extent. I try not to worry about my star rating here either but it sure through me for a loop yesterday when I dropped from a 10 to an 8 overnight. It got me wandering what in the world I had done wrong at first. I soon realised it was a problem with Mylot and I kept posting as normal even before they fixed the error. I try not to worry about my star either, but just do the best I can each day and go on with it.
