capital punishment: best weapon or should be eradicated

capiotol punishment, not talking of finance but death penalty given by law is capitol punishment. from my point of view it is neccesary to have such a law. so what 's your view about it.

In my opinion it is necessary to have such a law too and I can't stand that there isn't in Italy
