If you have your own blog and website, it is not advisable to join sites that offers revenue sharing on adsense earning. Why? Because you are allowing them to have full access and manage to your account. Would you want it? But I advise it is good if you have no blogs or business to serve adsense then it is time to share your adsense code with these sites.
