If best response of any Topic has been selected, should we make comments/response on that particular topic ? I think .. Not, as our response will never be selected as Best Response.

I still respond to discussions that have chosen their Best Response. We are still earning anyway. At least I hope we are.
I do't choose my Best Response until 2 weeks after the last reply, to give everyone a chance.

If you respond only with the intention of getting BR, than it is not good to respond to those dioscussions. If you respond, you will still get your credits. I respond to the best marked discussions also.
