As a general assistant, what should you do to be the best?

As I am a graduator-to be, I find a job as a general assistant. But I don't know how to do it well. Speaking to my boss, I always feel that only me can hear what I say. And I dare not speak loudly and I feel I suffer a lot from this. Who can offer me some ideals? Thanks in advance for helping me!

motivation comes from within you... material things can only go so far. so ask yourself, what is the worse thing that can happen if you speak up? will you get fired? you must believe in yourself first before anybody else can believe in your abilities. trust me. confidence and projection is a great thing to have... you can do it. good luck

Not only do the things that you need to do ,but according to your ability you can do other things that you do not need to do.But the things you do must do well .The best is that the things are always very important but nobody want to do or forget to do. It is my suggestion. Do not mention it.
