Explain the meaning of conflict and outline the advantages and disadvantages of conflict in the workplace

Conflict is a struggle between two or more forces (people) that creates a mis-understanding among them.
Personally I don't think there is any advantage of conflicting with someone, though the disadvantages are many e.g. hatred, fights, mistreatment, loss of job, psychological torture, loneliness, agony ............endless
