Reasons some choose Mausoleum over ground burial are, grave sites can be easier found, and it is easier watching a casket put into a wall, rather than the ground, for some people. Any other reasons? - DNatureofDTrain

I have heard it was cheaper also that it takes up less room as the bodies are stacked in the building more space then cremation or a urn but some are against that for religious reasons .

It depends.. Cremation itself can be more expensive depending on your location, and the type of crematorium.. Same with the Mausoleums. Many prefer one or the other due to religious reasons. I remember when I was 9 years old the thought of cremation terrified the living poo outta me... But around the age 16 or 17 is when my views started to shift more towards cremation number on reason is less space taken up in the ground, after I saw the buildings and cemetaries everywhere!.. - DNatureofDTrain

I don't really know what their reasons are, but I prefer to be cremated. Less or no maintenance.

I prefer the same myself.. Then I can be buried in a small urn at my pet cemetary with my pets. - DNatureofDTrain
