why some mylot people have stars before their name?

Ok I am pretty new, but this is what I figured out. Once you reach 100 post (which don't get discourage, I was getting discouraged as I was only earning like a penny or something until I reached 100 posts, plus it isn't all about the money for me, I like comming here and talking to people) but once you reach 100 posts you will get a star. The star is based on how people rate you from your responses and posts. The more quality responses and posts you make and people rate you good you will get a better rating. Anyways you will get a star after you reach 100 posts. I started out when I reached 100 at a 7 then as I keep posting etc, I moved up to 10. I was so excited. Now I am trying to keep my 10 rating. You get a star upon reaching 100 posts :), it's an indication of your rating.

The star next to to the name gives the user's rating. This rating is done by other people. In order to get a star next to your name, you have to reach 100 posts. There are different colors of stars that show the different ratings. The rating is from 1-10. The star should have the number that the user received and that's how you can tell how well they post. I got my star after I had 100 posts and I was so happy. The number in the star and the color of the star depends on how good your posts are. This is evaluated by the rating that the other mylotters give you. I have a yellow star and a rating above 8, I am quite satisfied with it. Post some more and you can be a happy star owner, too.

i have posted that similar question too as i was getting a little sad and i felt like i was the only one without any star next to my name. but don't fret, our mylotter friends are very much helpful. i have been informed that we need to get 100 points before we get our own little star! so keep on posting as i do and very soon we'll have our star. good luck to us!:P
