I'd like to share a few tips for those who spend alot of time at work and on computers throughout the day. You should always get up and walk away from your desk, at least once per hour. Keep up with stretching, rest your eyes, and drink plenty of water. I wrote an article for my Associated Content page about tips for taking care of ones self at work and I am including the link in this post - I hope you'll take a look. Please note, I am not promoting AC as an employment opportunity- but I want the chance to share my writing/work with you when it does pertain to the topics I'm interested in here on myLot. Thanks for reading! www.associatedcontent.com/article/195985/tips_and_tricks_for_taking_care_of.html

Definitely, after few hours just sitting and working in front of the computer i take a short break -walk down the stairs and go to the canteen to eat. That way i do not only stretch my legs, rest my eyes but i also take in something to sustain my energy. Breathing fresh air also helps refresh the mind and when you o back to work you can have new ideas to add.

Sounds great! I used to be able to get up and walk around the outside of the building where I worked before. There isn't as much space to do so in my new office, but hopefully I'll be working at home soon so I can do whatever I need!
