Most people depend on multivitamins for their daily nutrition needs. Unfortunately people don't get all the nutrients they need even if they are taking multivitamins. With the majority of multivitamin pills, your body doesn't absorb them very well. In pill form, multivitamins only have about a 5%-10% absorption rate. So this means that although all the nutrients you need are in the multivitamin pill, your body isn't taking most of it in, so it's no good to you.
Liquid multivitamins have a much higher absorption rate. The one I use has an incredible 98% absorption rate. I feel a lot healthier taking this stuff than I ever did taking multivitamins in pill form. If you're interested in learning more about liquid multivitamins, check out my blog.

I dont think or i am sure they are not at absorbed in our body.the truth is that our body is a organic body and our body will use only oraganic materials .inorganic chemicals willbe expellled from our body whether it is the multivitamin pill or any pill is not metabolised in our body.our body can only metabolisee those elements which are from living beings or organic .ie fruits and vegetable and nuts etc are mainly the supplient of multivitamins.in fact the cheimicals we consume as multivitamins may contain side effects and will lead us into further trouble

this is a very helpful information. thanks for sharing. pharmaceutically prepared vitamins are even found to be doing us bad rather than good. let us use those which had been formulated from natural sources or eat fruits and vegetables a plenty so we can get them from all natural sources.

Multivitamins are supplements designed in aiding to help you get the vitamins you may not have received from your regular food diet; they are not meant to give you your complete nutritional intake, If that was the case there would be no point for eating food.
