emo's from goth though they dress alike., and sometimes we directly judge the way they dress., people tend to fit themselves and dresses like emo's but thats not bad cause they promote new fashion to our society., what can you say about emo's and goth's?

I'm a self-confessed emo mylsef, and the fact that you decided to put up this topic really interests me. I'm not a full-time emo but I have the feeling I am, and so I express the way of being emo through my taste of music and style in life.
Emos are like people who tend to see and accept that they have sensitive emotions, thus they are referred to as EMO.
Goths, on the other hand are more to be into darkness or such things that make them mysterious. This is just my opinion.
Emos and goths are not alike. Although there could be an emo who also turns to be a goth at the same time... or it could be the other way around.
From my point-of-view, since I am an emo myself, it is alright to be emo or goth. Just be sure that you express yourself thoroughly and never make yourself to be misunderstood.
In terms of fashion, yes they may be alike in some ways 'coz emo likes to wear black as much as goths love too. But the point in fashion is, emos can wear any color they like depending on their mood while goths tend to wear mostly black all the time. They prefer black over white as compared to emos who can wear BOTH black and white.
I'm not an expert in this field. And I have no right to determine which is which, but it's all just my opinion... and no offense or whatsoever. Emos are emos, goths are goths. Emo-goths are emo-goths... and the world should just let them be as long as they don't do anything wrong.
