on the ball crunches work well and you dont need to do too many of them a day. do like 25 of them twice a day. it will only take you maybe 5 mins each time.

yes...the big workout ball. they are fun and you can actually do a lot of different types of exercises on it to strengthen and tone up.

The most common excercises would be sit up.Where you lay on the floor and keep your body straight.Lift your both feet up to 45 degree .Some people just can't reach that high,but it's ok,at least you are able to lift a litle bit from the floor it's still work.I will do at least ten times a day.You can do more if you have time.

so lpipe are you really exercising, i do know of some exercises, but the main thing that shoule be kept in mind if you re exercising is taht prefer to do exercises that really stretches your stomach muscles, other's which are really good is swimming, brisk walking, aerbics, you can choose any according to your need and time

I think the key to loosing belly fat is to burn more calories then you take in. Do 20- 30 min of steady aerobic exercise a few times a week. I know its gross but it works.

I think i will say seat up. You do someform of exercise everyday and do not drink too much softdrinks that make also your stomach to big.

Crunches are the best thing in my opinion. I try to do them whenever possible, but I usually end up cramping up! Lol.

i think we have the same problem and it really looks ugly, im ashame of it...when i was trying to do sit ups i could not lift my body i have a weak stomach. I have tried yoga positions that will make the muscle of the stomach to move or tighten when you release your strenght...i forgot what its called like but im doing it now, i feel like my stomach is tightening slowly thats because ive just started 2 days ago.

you can jogging or walk a few miles everyday before having your dinner.its very effective to flat your stomach.someone said bath before dinner may avoid big stomach,i dont know what the reason is,but i think you can have a try too.

Hello,Ipipe,I think the best exercise you can do is swimming,as summer is coming in the USA,you should go to the beach more often to swim. May be you can wake earlier before you go to work everyday and swim for half an hour in the pool,I think your stomach may get flatten after one or two months,of course,you also need to control your diet at the same time,you should not eat too much food which is rich in fat content.
