The best thing that I have done to lose weight, is just cut all soda, junk food, and bread out of my diet and eat fruits, veges and drink lots of water. Just take it one day at a time.

I think that if you put your mind to it you can do it, just watch sugars and startches they are the enemy, and dont starve your body of calories either that is acually a really bad idea becasue your bodys defence to not getting enough calories is storing all the ones you do eat so it can make up for the ones that you dont so you dont burn them off, they store. Losing weight too fast is not at all healthy. Besides it not being healthy, weight lost too fast is much more likely to be gained back. I'm sure you don't want to lose it just to gain it back! I always recommend my client's to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Losing more than 2 risks losing muscle mass. Muscle mass is important stuff! We all naturally lose it as we age and it's difficult to gain back. Maintaining all your muscle mass will help you look firmer when you have lost that weight.

Loosing 10kg in a month, i don't know whether it is possible.
I like to says some tips which i followed to reduce my weighy.In a warm water add 1tsp of honey and 1/2 lemon juice, have this in empty stomach every morning.
Avoid oily stuffs and ghee, cheese etc.
Go for a walk for atleast 20 minutes.
i am sure u can reduce 2kgs in a month.

losing 10 odd kilos is a very big task,but nothing is impossible.i prefer u to workout a lot. drink lot of water,do yoga asanas tat suit ur body,tru to go to gym
n cut off calorie frm ur diet.
i think u can surely do it

Losing 10 kgs in 1 month is certainly not healthy. Some even die because of cardiac arrest becaue losing too much weight too soon. Please consult your doctor before you go on any program of losing weight. There is a limit that certain people can loose in a month that is still healthy.

well madhu its possible to loose 10kgs in a month.
but its hard and needs lot of determination.
all u have to do is exercise in home or preferably gym.
u have to follow strict diet.
and if possible also go for walk atleat 3 kms.
try ur best!!!
