It is really nice that you have such a close relationship with your mother, it is too bad more people don't. When you here their stories though you can understand why, my mother abused me severely and was involved with men who also abused me and my siblings. I for one have not talked to my mother in about ten years after she started abusing my children. I envy almost the people that have a close relationship with their parents, my husband is one and his mother drives me nuts cause she is at our place all the time. LOL
