How would is the best response rated?

how does a best response be decided sometimes there are many responses that are very good i feel all of them who reach me first usually give the best response and how does it matter if yours is a best response.Do we get extra cents for that?

There is no set way of rating the "best response" just pick the response that best fit sin with the topic at hand. If you really like the response choose it, you don't have a set time to pick the best response so give your discussions a few days then pick the one you liked the most
