Who's on Naomi's Ship?

I've been been giving a lot thought to the season finale of LOST. (Yes, I have other things to do, but it keeps popping back into my head. lol)
I know we can't believe much that Ben says, but here's something to consider: Ben REALLY looked scared when Jack was calling Naomi's ship. He seemed to genuinely believe that the people on that ship are bad news. So here is my theory for where they might pick up next season. Maybe Ben is telling the truth. Remember when Penny was talking to Charlie? She didn't seem to know anything about a ship. So that means Naomi has to be lying, right? Now, think about how a lot of Ben's people are starting to turn against him. I think just maybe the next season could deal with Ben's people and Jack's people coming together to fight the "ship people". After all, they can't get off the island yet, right? They have to stay for three more seasons.

I'm not sure who's on the ship, but, like you, I believe it's some people Ben is genuinely afraid of and feels are bad people.
I also caught that about Penny telling Charlie she didn't know anything about a ship. Naomi is lying about something. Locke felt strongly enough about Naomi NOT contacting that ship he was willing to kill her. He was trying to hard to make Jack understand he should not contact that ship. He looked really upset that Jack contacted the ship.
After seeing Jack's flash forward and how he told Kate they weren't meant to leave the island, it really does make me think something bad is going happen.

I think the people on the ship may be from the Dharma Initiative - because Ben killed them all, thats why he looked scared! I have so many theories about Lost that I can barely remember them all, but I think that one makes the most sense.

Who ever is on that ship knows about Penny and Desmond. So I'm guessing they work for Penny's father, Mr. Widmore. BUt I agree that the Others and the Losties will come together to fight off what ever 'evil' is coming to the island.

I think Naomi is lying about having been sent by Penny. I don't know who she is working for, but I don't believe it will be good for Ben and his people. I wonder if Season Four will see the Losties and the Others forced to combine forces against the boaties for their survival. I wish we could get more answers sooner because it always seems like we get more and more questions and fewer and fewer answers!
