What is your all time favorite American Idol

we are a big fan of carrie underwood.. i could still remember the first we watch here during the audition, a friend of mine shouted, "that's the next american idol!" and she did win.. we love here voice, it was about time that a new country singer shines.. and oh some friends had been downloading all of her hard to find songs including her first album before she joined AI. talk about being a real fan.. hope she'll have a concert in asia...

My favorite is the original - Kelly Clarkson. I love the fact that she stood up to Clive Davis and would not let him "can" her new CD. Her first CD was not the greatest, but CD #2 proved to be a total winner and I have a feeling this next one is gonna be even better. On a different note, I wish that Clay Aiken had won in season 2. He was BY FAR the better singer and I really like him too!

I would have to say Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.. as far as ones that did not win, I like Clay Aiken and Josh Gracin

There are so many good contestants... I love Kelly, I have to say. She was the best to me. However, I have an affinity for Ruben. There is something about him that I've always loved. He's an awesome singer and he was the first one I really go behind. Recently, I have been big on Chris Daughtry, who I thought should have won last year.

I've only seen the last two seasons of AI, so I don't know the previous winners except for their current careers. Carrie Underwood seems to be pretty good. My faves didn't win: Lakisha and Melinda. But I think they'll both have great careers, though.

Ruben Studdard is my favorite. He was always my pick to win right from the beginning of season two, so I was glad to see that come to pass.

My favorite is Carrie Underwood. I grew up around country music and have to say that when I first saw Carrie, I saw her as a country musician! I love her songs: "Before he Cheats", "Wasted" and "Jesus Take the Wheel".
