While chatting some people use LMAO and some use LOL alot. As LMAO means laugh my a*s*s out and LOL means Laugh out loud. If you use any of them, do you laugh a little when you say LOL and when you say LMAO do you burst out in laughter or both of them are just a fake figure of speech used while chatting ?

When you say LMAO you are laughing much more than if you just LOL'd, which is really the smallest of laughs on the scale IMHO, becuase you're laughing out loud rather than in your head but not laughing so hard that you've laughter you a*se off or are rolling about laughing. ;-)

I only use LMAO if something is extremely funny and LMFAO if I've got tears of laughter.
