as im one of those people who have been trying hard to gain weight, i always check the nutrition facts label of all things i buy since every calorie count (checking other nutrients of course).. in buying groceries i tend to read nutrition facts of all im buying and not just pick then throw into the cart. unfortunately some fast foods in the country does not have any nutrition facts label, and local websites does not list either.. so do you still read the label and for what reason?

I assume that you want to gain weight by building muscle and not fat? In order to build muscle mass, you need to eat a lot of protein. Sometimes it can be hard to get enough protein into the diet. Here is a link to natural protein shakes. https://www.moreinfo247.com/9646664/Item.vstore?id=1300 It's actually marketed for weight loss, but what it really does is help you loose fat weight while gaining muscle muscle weight.

I don't believe it's sold in stores. I think the only way you could get it without ordering it online is if you found a local distributor.
