Do you meditate?

I have been reading up on the art of meditation as i have been suffering from depression and heard that it can help cleanse and refresh the mind as well as help you re-evaluate your life path.have you ever meditated,how,where,was it difficult?what do you meditate about?discuss your experiences!

I use to regularly practise meditatation,once in the morning and once in the evening. I get perfect stillness and peace of mind ,both during and after i meditate. It is a natural process which do not involve any efforts and action.It is an art and science of Being.It is a holistic solution for all physical,mental,human and social problems and crisis.It helps the meditator to merge with his/her true reality and essence.I have never suffered from any kind of depression and mental weakness.

I meditate off and on. I haven't done so in awhile because I've been so busy and I'm having a hard time getting back into the meditation mindset. I've had some really interesting experiences while meditating. One of my favorite events came after meditating outside under the sun. That was definitely a wonderful experience. I felt wonderful, felt everything was perfect and I was extremely energized. It was just a great feeling to be outside with nature.
