I could not tell you a specific number because it is a percentage thing. You will probably get more ratings that are positive if you make quality posts instead of trying to see how quickly you can increase the number of posts you have made.

Depends on how many plus ratings you get I suppose. In example if you'd have 100 plus ratings, 20 minus ratings would have less of an effect then when you have just 10 plus ratings.
