SNAKES CAST THEIR SKINS ONCE A YEAR

I have a servant woman who wants money to feed her children.Everymonth she tells a new story about the difficulties and wants money from me. Likewise, she collects money from every house she works and everywhere she has told different stories.

ya, i agree that i ve seen people do that. there is this collegue of mine who was my best friend until a yr ago, when he showed his true colour of character...well, he is out-spoken, intelligent, and charismatic, but he has got a very dangerous flaw in his character. he cannot bear anything and anyone in his way of approaching success, he opines that anyone who knows him well on the personal level, should be either his friend or an enemy..and he dominates his friends, and says its just out of friendship...i had enough of his egoistic approach, that after a long time, i decided to stop talking to him, from that day, he tried to threaten me and to destroy me, he managed to do some damage to my character before my colleagues but eventually everyone else came to know too of him and from that day, he was stopped to be trusted except for a few...

Some people do hide their true self but eventually show their true colors. But it isn't always bad, sometimes it's good. Some instances that I have seen in my family are: My daughter was extremely shy around people, especially teachers. Suddenly with no reason she could give me, she became outspoken and confident. She cast the shy skin for a brilliant one of confidence. My grandson slowly went from honor student to flunking a grade in school. Husband and I were asked to allow him to stay with us and attend school in our town. He is making top grades again, very pleasant to be around, and shows alot of happiness in school and around family and friends. He shed his skin of inferiority and learned to believe in himself. Life sometimes hardens the skin and smothers the hope inside people. Sometimes the skin is cast once a year, sometimes it take years. But with love, attention, and guidance, people can cast the old aside and live the brilliant life we are offered.
