Is snapdollars a scam?

I am a member of snapdollars and I wanted to add this program to my blog. But before doing that I did a search on Google and I found out that some people reported it as scam because they have not been paid. On some other blogs I read that they pay.
Are you a member of snapdollars? Have you personally been paid or did you request payment and never received your check? I can not add a program to my blog if it is a scam. Thank you for your help!

I'm beginning to think so now; I've had a 40 dollar check in "pending status" for over 2 months now-- they are supposed to pay out every 30 days after a request-- I have contacted them several times for a reply on when to expect a payment and they do not respond -- I have been trying to get a reply from them now for several weeks. I dunno whats going on ... maybe they're going bankrupt and cant pay...

Well,out of all the comment so far,only one person certified snapdollar as an authentic site,but my question is that;how are we sure that this person in support is not a paid staff or even the owner of the said organization,according to sirenbliss and others that has reported the issues of not paying them,I think the organization should respect their integrity if they have it at all,to be strict about their promises pertaining to paying the individual subscriber as at when due,i guess there is a foul play.

I think Snapdollars is a Scam I looked it up. Did you join it. did they pay you this was written 4 months ago. so happen, I am curious to know!

I have not reached my minimum payout and after doing a search online, it appears that it is a scam so I stopped wasting my time. Good luck!

I am a member of snapdollars also but I haven't been with them long enough to meet minimum payout so I don't know if they pay or not.

I am a member of snapdollars, and yes it is a scam. They never paid me. Unlike Inboxdollars that is really a paid survey online, SNAPDOLLARS are only scamming people.

SnapDollars really works !!! It is NOT a scam !!!
I'm very glad to share with you my experience with them :)
I joined SnapDollars 6 months ago and I only have one word to say : Fantastic.
I earned more than $300 since. They gave me a $5 bonus when I signed up and another $5 for each person that I referred + 10% of their earnings. You just have to read e-mail (that will pay you between $0.01 and $0.10) and complete offers. In general, offers are very rewarding. For example, if you deposit $20 on a bingo site, SnapDollars will pay you up to $75.
Usually, it takes one week in order to be credited for the completed offers. If you don't receive your credit after this period, you just have to write a support ticket and you will be credited very quickly.
You can ask for a withdrawal when you have more than $40 in your account (very easy to obtain when you consider my example above). They will pay you by check or by chip on a bingo site, it is your choice. In general, Snapdollars pays the month following your withdrawal request (also, allocate time for printing and mailing the checks) but it is a worthy to wait when you consider that SnapDollars pays much more than other websites of this kind.
If you have any problem or question, the support team is wonderful and replies very quickly.
I don't understand why some had bad experience... try it : it works !!!

If you are really sure of what you are saying,tell the organization to present the proof of payment to their subscribers for the last 2-3 years.
