I've recently picked up the habit of making my greeting cards, and it's so fun! I've heard that you can submit ideas and sample cards to Papyrus, the greeting card company as a freelance artist. Have you ever done that? Any stories of success with that?

I've never heard of them. I like making my own cards, but I have to admit I'm not up to a pro level yet, barely better than some kids actually, but I enjoy it. I know a lady who is as good as a pro, I don't know why she feels sometimes that she has to spend money to have a card acceptable to family or friends.

Here's Papyrus' website on artist submission.

Yea I love making cards. It started as just simply pasting origami on a blank card, but I've gotten so excited over those little stamps, wiring, and all the different kinds of papers.
