If you are a real fan of the whole Pirates thing, it is a must for you to see the third installment because it brings some closure to character issues. It also basically wraps up the entire story.
I must warn you though that the film is loooooong and deeper than the other Pirates movies. There are times when the language and the symbolism are a little difficult to grasp. This third movie also looks into the personal perspectives and issues of each of the characters. If you are the type who simply likes the action Pirates 1 and 2 are better movies for you. Pirates 3 is harder to digest. The ending is also bitter sweet.

hi! yes is a little hard to understand sometimes and you really have to pay attention to what is going on, otherwise you get lost. But over all I think it was great, I loved the movie. I did like the ending, yes is a bitter sweet but I like it that way. It doestn come up with a dumb happy ever after ending, specially talking about pirates!!! They gave closure to everything but still gave an open door for more (even that I understand this was the only one).

Johnny doesn't want it to be the last movie. He really wants to continue the Pirates movies. He loves these roles.

my brother saw it and he said it was excellent. Take me with you, sweetie! i wanna go! It is 3 hours long...so we would have to bring drinks and whatnot. i wanna see it with you!

Unless you have watched the first two, you will not enjoy it. It's hard to understand if you haven't seen the other movies. Some scene/acts makes no sense if you are not familiar with the movie. But if you're a real fan, and has been following the movie, it's quite enjoyable.

i just saw the preview when i went to see spider man 3 and in the preview will ask elizabeth to marry him but they are in the middle of a fight with evil pirates so elizabeth says "this isn't the time to ask" and and i heard [but don't quote me]that will turner is going to die in part 4
