I have a freind who want loose weight, but dont find a proper cure.

If anyone finds a 'cure' to being overweight then it will be the best thing ever found. There is no 'cure' just exercise and a good healthy eating habit. Untill they find out why each person puts on weight differently they will just have to settle with doing more exercise.

I had tried to lose weight before. Now I think I don't need lose weight and I'm in good shape(hehe, I think). I did exercise and ate more fruits and vegetables and it worked on me.

I feel if your friend wants to lose weight she should regulate her diet and follow a strict fitness regimen. I mean she cut down on sugar, salt, fats, oil stuff. She should eat more fruits, vegetables, nuts, yoghurt. And drink lot of water that will also reduce her appetite and is good for her health. She should also avoid junk food and cold drinks.
She should go for long walks, do basic stretches from strengtening and toning her muscles of back, spine, legs, arms, shoulder. Then she do some push ups and crunches. And play some outdoor sports like tennis, it will kweep her fit and active and reduce her caloires. then daning, doing aerobics, yoga and meditation is also beneficial for physical and mental health.

tell her to learn yoga pranayama of swamiram dev .he has infact cured lot of diseases like cancer,diabetics and he has reduced lot of people weight .in our area his programme(india)is telecasted through t.v channels and lot of people are doing it simply watching it on t.v though i dont know romanions can get his channel .

As for money, stop spending it on diet aids which are costing you more money than you realize and messing up your metabolism. Go to the Weight Watchers website and get a trial membership to their online support for free. All you have to do is eat healthy foods, but with Weight Watchers you can even eat some junk food and still lose weight. Also, exercise every day, even if it's just walking.
