Depends on the time of the year. Bright colours can look very hot, but only during the summer. I always like a woman in black though, that's very classical hot.

It depends of the good taste and good appearance of the girl. If she feels comfortable in one cloth, she is sexy.It`s not neccesary she to wear "sexy" cloth or color, it`s better she to feel herself sexy in every color and dress.
