Do you have any experience in your work place, in school or in a group that, instead of helping you to become a good employee, student, or member/leader, they'll pull you downward? like a crab instead of helping their comrade to escape and clime from the pail where they were placed, they clip and pull them down. Why doest many of us has this crab mentality thing? I have no idea... do you have?please share it here.

Even frogs got the same mentality. Place around 10 frogs in a bucket, you will notice that others frogs try to pull the frog who wants to climb. In general life who are greedy of prospering, ignoring others will have such crab/frog mentality. Live and Let live is the best policy.

I guess it's only natural to try and be the best. If you take someone down in the process so be it... :-)

I think that would be unfair pulling someone just to reach your goal. If you want to be the best, you must be fair and just to your opponent. Well, if that is your idea on being the best, i cant do anything about it. Its your decision, we always has our own decision, and its up to us to choose what is right and wrong.Thank you phlamingho for the response. Hope to hear from you again on my other discussions.
