As long of you love and support your children the rest will follow. There's no manual we all just do the best we can :-)

just show them unconditional love and care .. it doesnt matter if you both came from different culture and religion .. there is no such thing as being perfect but we can achieve atleast closer to that .. be a good example and model to your kids .. communication is a must .. make it sure you give them real time and attention .. be more understanding and flexible .. not only to your family but to where you stand .. always bear self confidence in what you do .. dont be scared to have an open relationship to your kids as being thier parents and friend at the same time, keep an open mind, learn to listen to thier ideas & opinions as you share them yours, you'll be amaze of thier response .. my goodlucks and wishing the best for you and your family .. I think i can not be a good parent,maybe i am not the self-giving person,i consider that it is a very hard work to teach a child,though he or she is my own CHild,now i don't plan to have a child when i am marriage,but maybe it is impossible.
