How long have you been married / were you married??

Hi friends and mylotters!! Well I just want to know how long have you been married or were married to your partners? My husband and I will be celebrating our 8th year anniversary this year. Time flies by so quickly. I remember before I never wanted to get married because I thought I will just make a mess of my life or somebody elses life if I do get in to it! I was proven wrong! As I see my family everyday, I realized that this marriage has been the wisest decision I ever made! I know 8 years in marriage is not that long compared to others, but I am so proud that we made it this far and we are going stronger and still so much inlove. This marriage has taught me a lot of things in my life that I will forever be grateful... How about you? How long have you been with your partner?

I married for all the wrong reasons,
I a married because my younger sister got married before me,
I married because I thought I would be an old maid if I didn't (I was 21)
I married because I was pregnant.
I got divorced 5 years later
Then I was alone for 23 years.
Now I have a partner for the last 7 years and I am very happy.
